Morten began his IT journey in 1991 and has worked with Microsoft technologies since 1994. His deep technical expertise and early adoption mindset laid the groundwork for a career that bridges cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation. His role as founder and CEO of MindZet — a Microsoft consulting company established in 2003 — became a defining chapter in this evolution.
Under Morten’s leadership, MindZet expanded into managed services and scaled to 70 employees across five locations, including Hong Kong. The company won multiple awards from Microsoft, including Infrastructure Partner of the Year and Best Customer Satisfaction 4 times. Morten successfully exited the company in 2016, marking a shift from entrepreneurship to independent consultancy — bringing with him deep experience in organizational growth, business process design, and IT leadership.

A Life Beyond the Screen
Outside of his professional life, Morten is an avid traveller and adventurer. As a member of ‘De Berejstes Klub’ (Globetrotter), he has visited 62 countries and brings the same curiosity and exploration mindset to his personal life. Together with his wife Anne and their children, Caroline and Magnus, Morten shares a passion for diving, skiing, and outdoor exploration — with all four certified as PADI Master Divers – and Morten also as Dive Master.
